One of our partners is Johnson, a local shoe maker in Indonesia. Established in Bandung, Johnson’s main products are sneakers with vibrant color and design, suitable for young adults and adults.

Another major selling point of Johnson is their collaborations with various media/anime franchises such as One Piece, My Hero Academia, and Naruto. These collaborations are implemented via special product lines with unique design befitting each franchise.
We recognized that Johnson’s product fits perfectly with Indonesia’s fighting game community whose members have disposable income and appreciate special-design sneakers. Thus, in collaboration with Johnson, we’re hosting a Tekken tournament in a venue while showcasing Johnson’s special collaboration sneakers. This collaboration allowed Johnson to introduce their brand and line of products to a suitable audience.
Held at a local bar in the evening, the tournament managed to get a full house. With simple format and unique challenges, the fighting game communities had a memorable experience, all while Johson’s products were in the center of it.
